Details van de toepassing

Verbruik

In voegen: Ca. 5 ml Sika® Primer 3N per strekkende meter in voegen van 1 cm diep (aan beide zijden aangebracht).
Op oppervlakken: 150 ml Sika® Primer 3N per vierkante meter te primen oppervlak.
In alle gevallen is het afhankelijk van de absorptie en porositeit van de ondergrond.

Kwaliteit van het substraat

De ondergrond moet schoon, droog, olie- en stofvrij zijn. Eventuele cementhuid of los materiaal moet worden verwijderd

Voorwaarden / beperkingen


Substraattemperatuur: moet ten minste 3° C boven de dauwpunttemperatuur liggen.
Omgevingstemperatuur: +5° C min / +40° C max.

Toepassingsmethode / Gereedschap

Breng Sika® Primer 3N met een kwast direct op de binnenranden van de voegen aan en vermijd daarbij het schilderen van de onderkant van de voeg.
Breng in één keer een dunne, doorlopende laag aan.
Sluit de verpakking direct na elk gebruik goed af.

Opmerkingen over de toepassing / beperkingen


Primers verbeteren de prestaties van afgedichte voegen op lange termijn.
Sika® Primer 3N moet binnen 30 dagen na opening worden gebruikt.
Gooi primers die zijn gegeleerd of gefragmenteerd weg.
Primers zijn hechtingsbevorderend. Het gebruik van Sika® Primer 3N ontslaat niet van de verplichting om de voegranden goed voor te bereiden en te reinigen.
Het moet uit de buurt van een warmtebron en bij voorkeur in een geventileerde ruimte worden aangebracht.
