Realizzato dalla cantina pugliese Polvanera, il Gioia del Colle Bianco ottenuto da uve trebbiano e malvasia bianca, tipiche del territorio, provenienti da vigne poste in terreni ricchi di ferro e roccia calcarea. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale, avviene la fermentazione
Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini. Al naso si distinguono profumi floreali di biancospino, note di mela verdi, pera, tocchi agrumati; al palato è fresco, beverino, equilibrato.Realizzato dalla cantina pugliese Polvanera, il Gioia del Colle Bianco è ottenuto da uve trebbiano e malvasia bianca, tipiche del territorio, provenienti da vigne poste in terreni ricchi di ferro e roccia calcarea. In seguito alla vendemmia manuale, avviene la fermentazione in acciaio, a cui seguono quattro mesi di sosta in inox e due mesi in bottiglia.
Da provare con pesce al forno, o con il tipico riso, patate e cozze.

We bought 2 of these because our suit rentals for our wedding didn’t come with full vests for the children (Men’s Wearhouse gives you bibs for kids), and we live in Texas, so we didn’t want the boys to have to wear a full jacket during the reception in the heat.
These fit really well and matched the suits that we rented.
