Doordat de Ecobrasa kokosbriketten gemaakt zijn van 100% Indonesische kokos, branden de briketten vrijwel asloos. Geen aangebrande stukken vlees meer omdat deze briketten alleen maar gloeien en niet branden met een vlam. Kokosbriketten geven nagenoeg geen aroma af. Daardoor zijn ze voor alle gerechten geschikt.

Hoe gebruik je Ecobrasa kokosbriketten?

Kokosbriketten maak je hetzelfde aan als houtskool. Laat de Ecobrasa kokosbriketten tijdens het gebruik eerst goed op temperatuur komen voor je iets op de barbecue legt. Doe dit ook wanneer je gerechten langzaam wil laten garen. Zo voorkom je een onprettige geur en smaak aan je gerechten. Bij briketten zal het iets langer duren voordat ze op temperatuur zijn dan bij houtskool. Je bepaalt zelf hoeveel briketten je in je barbecue doet, maar doe er nooit te veel in. Door te veel briketten te gebruiken kan het langer duren voordat je barbecue op temperatuur is. Je kan op verschillende manieren barbecueën met Ecobrasa kokosbriketten. Plaats bijvoorbeeld een kleinere hoeveelheid in je barbecue en leg deze aan één kant. Hierdoor barbecue je met indirecte hitte en krijgen je gerechten een andere smaak en garing.
