De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en direct
L'Essentiel heeft een diep gouden kleur met amber tinten. De contrastrijke smaak heeft aan de ene kant een lome aspect van volume, rondheid en romigheid met aan de andere kant de aromatische kracht van zoethout en balsamico.De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en direct bij de wijngaard gesorteerd. De druiventrossen worden geperst, gevolgd door koude bezinking na 24-48 uur. Na de fermentatie in tanks rijpt de wijn 6 maanden in roestvrijstalen tanks op zijn fijne droesem. De wijngaarden van Crozes-Hermitage liggen op de oostenlijke oever van de rivier de Rhône op de 45e breedtegraad. De prestigeuze wijngaarden van Crozes-Hermitage zijn de grootste van de noordelijke appelatie en omvatten 11 dorpen die rode wijn uit syrah en witte wijn uit roussanne en marsanne produceren. De witte wijnen uit roussanne en marsanne hebben een mooie gouden kleur, zijn rijk maar droog en goed in balans.

Great read
Format: Paperback
This is such a cute book, and would make a great present for any kids 12 and above as well as adults. I got this book for my daughter, and read the whole thing as soo'n as I got it out of the package. Very cute and funny, but all information on book is good positive words and not any bad or ugly information we normally see in most books or movies in this day in age. Is you like comic reads this is one for you. After writing this review I will probably read it again.
