Arnaud heeft naast Aligoté óók een plukje Pinot Noir staan. Gelukkig maar, want hij maakt er hemels rood van. Licht in uiterlijk en in body, maar vooral ook fijn bosfruitig, kleine kersjes en zwarte besjes. Wijn die je een lift geeft door lichtvoetigheid, subtiele complexiteit en zachte rijpe tannine.

In de wijngaard: druiven afkomstig van verschillende percelen tussen de 10 en 90 jaar oud. Oogst met de hand. Rijen en stokken staan ruim uit elkaar aangeplant. Er wordt niet geploegd voor een levendige topsoil. 
In de wijnkelder: 4 weken schilweking en spontane gisting met hele trossen, daarna zachte persing. Ongefilterd, zonder toevoeging van So2.
