Apax Lab

Apax Lab ontwikkelt mineraal concentraten om te vermengen met gedestilleerd of gedemineraliseerd water om zo een exact en herhaalbaar water te maken voor de lekkerste koffie. Met een paar druppels transformeer en 'fine-tune' je de zoetheid, helderheid en body van je koffie.

Als jong bedrijf zijn ze sinds 2024 bezig, maar werken ze binnen deze korte tijd al samen met 90% van de deelnemers en kampioenen van de World Brewers Cup.

Be aware this is like drinking dry grass and water that very quickly turns to gelatin. I can’t imagine the Navy seal that must be able to do this.
