In de fytotherapeutische tincturen van B. Nagel worden vloeibare extracten van enkele kruiden of een combinatie van verschillende kruiden van uitstekende kwaliteit gebruikt. Daarnaast worden ook extracten van planten delen van bomen struiken zeewieren en groenten toegevoegd. Om de tincturen van B. nagel voor een lange tijd houdbaar te maken is alcohol als conserveringsmiddel toegevoegd. De fytotherapeutische tincturen zijn overal makkelijk te gebruiken en handig om mee te nemen.
Hypericum tinctuur bevat 10% Sint Janskruid (Hypericum perforatum).

Gebruik
Vanaf 12 jaar driemaal daags voor de maaltijd 10 druppels innemen met water. Wisselwerking met geneesmiddelen:: Sint Janskruid kan de werking van geneesmiddelen nadelig be�nvloeden.
