Rosa intenso e luminoso il colore alla vista. Il bouquet olfattivo è fragrante e ampio, aperto da sfumature floreali di glicine, poi impostato su note fruttate di lampone, melagrana e fragola. Il sorso è fresco e gradevolmente minerale, dinamico, scorrevole ed equilibrato, di lunga persistenza .

Cirò e gaglioppo: un binomio che in Calabria diventa inscindibile, al quale se aggiungiamo il savoir-faire e il know-how della cantina “Scala”, abbiamo come risultato veramente l’eccellenza enologica allo stato puro. È un Rosato, quello prodotto dall’azienda guidata da Luigi Scala, che come tutti i rosati si caratterizza per la sua grande versatilità negli abbinamenti gastronomici. Rispetto però a molti altri rosati, questo Cirò garantisce livelli qualitativi altissimi, che la maggior parte delle etichette di pari categoria si sogna solo minimamente di raggiungere. Non ci credete? Provatelo e ce lo saprete ridire.

Ottimo da stappare durante una bella serata tra amici, è perfetto insieme con la pizza al prosciutto crudo.
