Hun specialisatie in pinot meunier, een druif die lange tijd werd onderschat en vaak als mengdruif werd gezien, heeft een opmerkelijke evolutie doorgemaakt. Wanneer deze druif de juiste plek, het juiste microklimaat en een lage opbrengst krijgt, toont ze haar unieke karakter en gastronomische kracht, met expressieve frisheid en verfijnde fruitigheid.

We zijn dan ook bijzonder trots om onze eigen, volledig gepersonaliseerde Champagne aan te bieden, gecreëerd in samenwerking met Laurent van Champagnehuis Lequart. Deze Cuvée is gemaakt van 100% pinot meunier en bestaat uit een blend van minstens drie verschillende jaargangen. Na de tweede gisting op fles rijpt de Champagne gedurende ongeveer 30 maanden ‘sur lattes’ – soms iets langer of korter, afhankelijk van de kenmerken van de meest dominante jaargang. Alleen op deze manier bereiken we een constante smaak en kwaliteit in deze Cuvée.

De Marne-vallei, met haar rijke kalk- en kleibodems en unieke microklimaat, biedt de ideale omstandigheden voor pinot meunier. Deze Champagne is exclusief door ons samengesteld als onze huischampagne en weerspiegelt onze passie voor topkwaliteit.

In het glas onthult deze Champagne zachte tonen van gegrilde amandel, een bloemig en fruitig karakter. De afdronk is rond maar droog, terwijl de fijne, elegante bubbels langzaam opstijgen en het drinkplezier perfect maken.

Deze cuvée is een echte aanrader voor liefhebbers die de veelzijdigheid en finesse van pinot meunier willen ontdekken. Santé!

Finally, he covers final deliverables, project closer and doing a project review and releasing resources. I thought it was a very good book, well done and one that any project manager would love to have as a resource.
