De wijnstreek Jumilla ligt in het zuidoosten van Spanje, ten noorden van de regio Murcia. Het klimaat is continentaal, beïnvloed door de nabijgelegen Middellandse Zee met warme dagen, regenbuien die niet oplopen tot 300 liter per vierkante meter en koele nachten. Het resultaat is een hard klimaat, dat aanleiding geeft tot een bodem met een grove textuur met veel kalksteen en waarmee kleine trossen kunnen worden verkregen, met een goede suikerconcentratie, een uitstekende zuurgraad en een dikkere schil.Eén jaar houtrijping voor de Altos de Luzon
De oogst wordt zorgvuldig met de hand uitgevoerd, waarbij het fruit met de grootste zorg wordt behandeld. Bij aankomst in de wijnmakerij passeren de druiven een selectietafel, waar alleen de druiven in de beste staat worden geselecteerd om de wijn te maken. De druiven worden gefermenteerd en worden, afhankelijk van de druivensoort, ruim 2 weken met de schil geweekt bij een constante temperatuur van 28 graden. Voordat de wijn wordt gebotteld, wordt de wijn een jaar lang gerijpt in Franse en Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten. Na deze lange hout rijping is de Altos de Luzon klaar om gedronken te worden. Granaat achtige paarse kleur met in de geur krachtig rijp fruit, beetje kruidig, lichte tonen van cacao en geroosterd eiken. In de smaak heeft deze Altos de Luzon een zeer vol pallet en mooie rijpe tannines op de tong. Smaak nuances van bramen, pruimen, vanilletonen, geroosterd eiken maar ook kruiden en tabak. This will work but prep is key!
I have an older RV that the gelcoat has dulled and is oxidized, but otherwise in good shape. I have buffed and polished in the past only for it to last a short time. I was looking up different products to try and this one has such good reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I bought the kit with the Poliglow and the Poliprep, with the scrubber and the microfiber glove. I started with the poliprep and it did a great job of gettting the streaks and black marks off. You spend a lot of time scrubbing to your likeness because anything that is still on the gelcoat when you apply the poliglow, it will be locked in there. The Poliglow is like a clearcoat that goes over the gelcoat. You have to build up layers and here are some of the tips and tricks I figured out that really helped my finished RV look great. First, make sure the applicator stays damp, this keeps the poliglow more uniform across the glove. Also, stick it in a zip lock bag when not using, you do not want it to dry out while you are using it. I found out that applying this in direct sunlight in warm temps, is the best method. This allows the poliglow to dry really fast. The first 3 or 4 layers will look streaky and dull but this is ok and as you build up the layers, the shine will come back. I found if you do this when its cooler, the layers do not dry as quick and you will get some permanent streaking or running. I had to remove a section I did in the evening because I noticed this. When in direct sunlight, this gave me the best results with no streaking or running. It dries fast and you can keep working. Like it says, do not do big sections at a time, keep it to small what you can reach sections and build those up and move on. As far as how much to buy? I have a 40 ft toy hauler and I got to kits and I had just enough to finish the whole thing minus the nose cap. I have Durabak on the nose cap, so I dont need to worry about that. I ended up buying one more bottle of the poliglow to have for my maintenance coats. Overall, I am pleased with how my 10 year old RV looks and other than some of the decals show age, it looks new again. If I were to buy a new RV, I would put this on right away and preserve the whole RV including the decals. Its not too expensive and its a lot of work, especially the prep, but it does end up with great results.

Excellent shine
Excellent line of products. Looking at the picture, you can see what the camper looked like before the Poli Glow. To the left of the window is the after Poli Glow.
It takes some elbow grease (follow instructions well) but well worth it.

Camping enthusiast approved
One bottle covered my 20ft camping trailer 4 coats and with a little remaining for future touch ups. It definitely increases the gloss. I'm glad I didn't waste my time with wax. This is like an easy wipe on clear coat. I will report back in the future for longevity.

poli glow shine
its works great .when applying more coats the shinier it gets
i used on several old boats because
the florida sun bakes the jell coat right off and no wax made can withstand salty seas , so why not ,, when you apply use the mit and don't gob it on .. nice and easy and recoat in five minutes when you get to about five coats you will be amazed.looks like new .. just a tip also after about a year or so and you want to re apply,, go to your local hardware store and get a gallon of high strength or non diluted floor stripper and put in spray bottle and use to remove old poli-glow also great for cleaning stubborn stains [ i use full strength ] just spray on and brush with a scrub brush and rinse ..and let dry and re apply ,, its also works on car faded bumpers ,, also never use harsh cleaners it will cause streaking the best thing i have found for cleaning the boat after poli glow was put on is car wash from auto store with wax or not it seems not to hurt the shine . it reminds me of mop an glow,,.
