De pilates rol is een perfect trainingsattribuut voor tal van stabiliteits- en balansoefeningen en zelfmassage. Fascia (bindweefsel) en spierspanningen kunnen makkelijk en zachtjes worden losgemaakt.

De massagerol kan worden gebruikt voor fysiotherapie en revalidatie. Spanningen in de rug, dijen, armen en kuiten kunnen worden verlicht bij goed gebruik. Daarnaast kan de rol worden gebruikt tijdens yoga en pilates om de kernspieren te versteken en als hulpmiddel tijdens rek- en strekoefeningen.

De kern van hardschuim zorgt voor de nodige stabiliteit tijdens de oefeningen. De zachte buitenste schuimlaag is fijn voor je rug en gewrichten.

De rol heeft waterafstotende eigenschappen, is van vormvast polystyreen (EPS) en is schokabsorberend.
