Diep onder het brandende zand beweegt iets enorms. De Sandwyrm uit de Dungeons & Lasers reeks is een indrukwekkende monsterminiatuur voor woestijncampagnes, ruïnes onder de duinen en gevaarlijke reizen door dorre vlaktes. Met zijn grote formaat en dreigende houding is dit model gemaakt om direct als centerpiece op tafel te staan.

Een kolossale dreiging voor woestijnencounters

De Sandwyrm is ideaal als eindbaas, hinderlaagmonster of oeroude bewaker van een vergeten tempel. Laat hem uit het zand opduiken tijdens een karavaanreis, een gevecht rond ingestorte ruïnes verstoren of gebruik hem als mythisch wezen dat hele handelsroutes onveilig maakt.

Voor Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder en andere fantasy RPG’s geeft dit model een encounter meteen gewicht. Spelers zien in één oogopslag dat dit geen gewone tegenstander is, maar een monster dat het slagveld kan domineren.

Groot model met sterke tafelpresentatie

Met een hoogte van ongeveer 140mm op een 50mm base heeft de Sandwyrm veel visuele impact zonder onpraktisch groot te worden voor de meeste RPG-tafels. De kronkelende vorm, schubben en monsterlijke kop maken het model geschikt voor dynamische scènes waarin het wezen net uit de grond breekt.

Combineer hem met woestijnterrain, rotsformaties, ruïnestukken of half begraven skeletten voor een complete boss fight-scène.

Hobby- en schildermogelijkheden

De Sandwyrm biedt veel ruimte voor droge, stoffige kleurenschema’s. Denk aan zandkleurige schubben, donkere pantserplaten, verweerde hoornranden en lichte drybrush-highlights om de textuur naar voren te halen. Voor een meer exotische aanpak kun je werken met rode woestijntinten, giftige paarse accenten of een ondergrondse, bleke wormachtige uitstraling.

De base leent zich uitstekend voor zandpasta, gebarsten aarde, dor gras, schedels en ruïnedelen.

It is a good comprehensive book that goes in to detail into each area of project management, what you should do to be successful and the various places that project managers typically fail. Finally, he covers final deliverables, project closer and doing a project review and releasing resources. I thought it was a very good book, well done and one that any project manager would love to have as a resource.
