Joseph Mellot Pouilly Fume Les Troncsec is gemaakt van 100% Sauvignon Blanc druiven. Deze groeien op de wijngaarden ‘Les Troncsec’ welke in het dorpje Saint Laurent L’Abbaye liggen, ongeveer 15 kilometer ten oosten van Sancerre, aan de andere kant van de oever van de Loire. Pouilly Fume staat bekend om haar rokerige, expressieve karakter, zo ook Joseph Mellot Pouilly Fume Les Troncsec. Dit komt mede door de bodemsamenstelling, wat een uniek samenspel is van vuursteen, kalk en klei is, een unieke combinatie. Nou, ga hier maar eens voor zitten. Een klassieke wijn, de Pouilly-Fume, excellent uitgevoerd door een van de oudste producenten in de Loire, Joseph Mellot. Alle druiven zijn in eigen beheer, zodat het wijnhuis de kwaliteit gegarandeerd hoog kan houden. Je zijtuigen worden aan het werk gezet, zodra je Joseph Mellot Pouilly Fume Les Troncsec inschenkt. Je ruikt een breed pallet van onder andere mineralen, citrusfruit, grapefruit en sinaasappel. great sunscreen for face

this is my favorite stick sunscreen for the face. it does have a slight white cast when you first apply it but it goes away once it’s been rubbed into the skin. so many sunscreens say they have a “non-sting formula” but this is the only one i have used that truly doesn’t burn/sting the eyes when applied on the eyelids or when you sweat into your eyes. doesn’t have that traditional “sunscreen smell” either. it leaves a healthy glow to the skin as well. three swipes on all areas of the face is enough coverage. it is a little pricey but i think it lasts quite awhile. highly recommend trying this sunscreen.

Has a white cast

This sunscreen has a white cast and you cannot rub it in enough for it to go away. It does protect very well from the sun and I did not burn at all using it. I would use this at the beach or outside but not for everyday use or under make up because of the white cast

Will never go back. This is super easy to use, to carry with in your bag when you’re gone all day (no spills!), doesn’t feel greasy, works right away because its mineral. In some ways, moisturizes so you don’t even need a primer!

Worked well near the equator
Style: SPF 50
I bought this product because I was going to be in the field for a month, outside, every day, all day, in Tanzania at high altitude. A severe sunburn would be hard to treat in the remote area we were in, but also I am very careful about protecting my skin from aging. I had to have mineral based sunscreen because as a whitewater kayaker I know it’s the only truly water resistant kind and it was going to be sweaty. And since I knew I was going to be putting it on every day, and we didn’t have running water in the field (bucket showers only) I didn’t want it to feel gross. (I really wanted to try the spray but I didn’t want to put anything pressurized in my luggage.) And I had already discovered the Coola face sunscreen (30spf version) which had impressed me with how silky smooth and not greasy it is. Now this IS greasier because it is a higher SPF. BUT I think this product is as good as you’re going to get with the protection you’re getting. Like I said, I’m a white water tiger, so I have used a LOT of mineral sunscreens. This was hands down the most comfortable one I’ve used. And it was effective. I didn’t burn once—only time I did burn was when I forgot to put it on one day toward the end of the trip, when we were out for just a couple hours—and I got the first 2nd degree burn I’ve ever had in my life. That was what this stuff had protected me from, all day every day, the entire trip. I did tan a little but I think that was mostly from the few times I was not covered during short bouts or it was cloudy. For my face I used the Coola 50spf face product.
