Some copies have a sticker on the front with the text "Nu Tanzania" (in English: Now Tanzania), referring to the choir's next charity cause in 1977 (which also produced an album: [r4280934). Liner Notes: In het gebied Dembidollo (Zuid-Ethiopië) sterft de helft van de kinderen in het eerste levensjaar. De mensen worden er gemiddeld niet ouder dan 35 jaar. Er is een nijpend voedseltekort, slecht drinkwater en de hygiënische toestanden zijn er onbeschrijfelijk. Een team van paters Lazaristen onder leiding van pater Sjaak van Helden is in dit geïsoleerde gebied werkzaam om het meest noodzakelijke wat betreft gezondheidszorg, onderwijs, Landbouwproefprojekten etc. van de grond te krijgen. Het koor van het Vituscollege besloot deze werkers in Dembidollo financieel te steunen door een LP voor dit doel op te nemen. Door de aankoop van deze plaat werkt u mee een volk dat anders ten dode opgeschreven zou zijn, de helpende hand te reiken. Liederen voor jongerenliturgieën door het Koor van het Vituscollege te Bussum o.l.v. Pia ten Hage met begeleiding van een combo bestaande uit: Lesha Witmer, sopranino Marieke Ros, fluit Michel Maarten, hobo Chris Rietmeyer, clarinet / saxofoon Paul Christenhuis, trompet Hans Kleinveld, sologitaar Clemens Wols, basgitaar Herman Roest, drums Ben de Keijzer, orgel / piano

My gastroenterologist told me to take Benefiber, specifically, every day. I looked at a bunch of different kinds within the brand, and settled on this one because it seemed to have fewer ingredients I didn’t want. I take them one by one after a meal, letting them slowly melt as I do other things before brushing my teeth. The best thing? They actually work. You should definitely start small and slowly increase to what is prescribed to you. It makes the process easier and more pleasant. My digestion seems to be better, and I no longer have constipation, just normal, average, healthy stool. They are an expense at the amount my doctor has me on, but they’re worth every penny to not have the awful pain and nausea I had before I started taking them. Highly recommend.
