BBQ-tip: sneller kaas smelten zonder doorbakken

Leg de Napoleon smeltkap over je burgers zodra de kaas erop ligt. Voeg eventueel een klein scheutje water toe op de plancha naast het vlees (niet op de burger) en plaats direct de kap. De stoom onder de kap laat de kaas snel smelten, terwijl het vlees sappig blijft en niet verder gaart. Ideaal bij smashburgers of wanneer je meerdere burgers tegelijk bereidt.
