Gebruik
Japanse groene infusie theeën worden bereid door de verwerkte gehele theebladeren in heet water te infuseren. De gebruikte hoeveelheid thee en water, alsook de temperatuur van het water en de infusietijd zijn verschillend naargelang welke thee je kiest. Belangrijk is om voor zacht (licht gemineraliseerd) water te kiezen en om de temperatuur van het water in acht te nemen. Kies je immers voor een hogere temperatuur zal de thee extra bitter smaken, tenzij je dit wenst uiteraard.
Voor een ultieme en uitgebreide smaakbeleving kan ook voor een tweede (eventueel derde) infusie gekozen worden. Bij de eerste infusie gaan de opgerolde theebladeren geleidelijk open en geven de eerste smaken vrij. Bij een tweede infusie zijn ze reeds open en geven dan hun andere smaken vrij. Hiertoe wordt bij de reeds geïnfuseerde (en afgegoten/gedecanteerde) theebladeren dezelfde hoeveelheid water met ongeveer dezelfde temperatuur gedaan. Naargelang de persoonlijke voorkeur kan hiervoor ofwel dezelfde of een iets kortere infusietijd gekozen worden. Laat je leiden door persoonlijke smaak en voorkeur en experimenteer volop met dit groene goud!

Books arrived in fantasic shape.

I was worried about making the purchase due to other people having problems with miscut books and glued pages. I ordered the set of three and they are all in great shape. No miscuts or glued pages. Every page seems to be printed legibly. I'm very happy with my purchase. I didn't see any recent reviews so I thought this may help some of those hesitant to buy.

Good so far.

I will be using these heavily in a month or two, I ordered them because they were on sale so I will come back and edit once I actually read the material, use the glossary, online tools, etc.
However from out of the box? All the books are in perfect condition, no sticking pages like other reviews. I will say if you can afford the hardcover version with the labs? Get those.
From touching them once or twice so far, this book will not stand up to constant use. It's a really flimsy type.. not even sure if it's paper? It feels like plastic paper.
I will also add that that study guide book is F A T . I wish they would have split it into two. I bet the hardcover is gigantic because mine looks like the biggest dictionary you've seen, and I know the cover page which is almost exactly like the pages? Will be ruined once it starts being used consistently.

Very Useful
Format: Paperback
I used these for my A+ exams and I didn’t really end up reading the material. I more so used them for their practice exams. That’s only because there’s a lot of information to digest and I was in a rush to take the exams. I still passed so I find that they are well formatted. The questions imo needs to be read more throughly than the exam questions themselves.
