In het ontwerp van de RS2000 miniaturiseert WIKING de Ford, die de motorsportflair van die jaren belichaamt met zijn witte carrosserie en blauwe streeplook. Het prototype kwam in 1973 in het programma – zorgde voor vele racesuccessen met een trotse 100 pk en werd al snel een zijdelingse coureur op het asfalt. Juist deze 100 pk waren niet voor bangeriken. Juist vanwege het vrij sportieve imago zou de Ford Escort Mark I een meevaller moeten zijn van het modelbeleid voor de Britse Ford-fabrieken. Op het eiland ontwikkelden de ontwerpers de eerste Escort, die al snel de dubieuze koosnaam "hondenbot" verwierf vanwege het karakteristieke radiatorrooster. De verkoopcijfers overtroffen de optimistische verwachtingen van de fabrikant al na twee maanden met 30%. En ook in Duitsland ontwikkelde de eerste escortgeneratie zich aangenaam parallel aan de eerste Ford Capri.
Carrosserie wit, onderstel met radiatorrooster en stuurwiel zwartgrijs, interieur en bumpers zwart. Zilveren velgen. Ford-belettering vooraan gedrukt zilver, richtingaanwijzers roodoranje. Kozijnen en deurgrepen zilver, blauwe strepen op de zijflanken. Voor- en achterbody ook bedrukt met blauwe streep. Zilveren belettering Ford Escort met slot aan de achterzijde. Achterlichten en kozijnen bedrukt in zilver.

Not worth the money

My small Chihuahua loved this toy. It kept him entertained until it would stop working. He only gets about 10 minutes of play and it's no longer charged to use. I even bought a second one thinking the first one might have been just bad luck, but nope, the same problem. It seems most of these interactive toys are only given 2 to 3 stars. I'm disappointed but more importantly, my pup is even more.

Fun & Fast moving toy for my cats!

This is such a fun little toy to keep my cats entertained. They were definitely weary about it for the first few days, but started to get used to it and play with it after a bit. I wish there was an even slower option because the slow option is still pretty fast, but at least it gets them up and moving. They will even play with the tail part when it's not turned on. Like others have said, it does collect hair pretty easily, but it's very easy to clean off. I don't have any dogs, but I could see smaller dogs loving this as well!

That it’s usable for more than one day

The toy itself is great and my puppy enjoyed it. My problem is that it didn’t come with a charging cord and none of mine fit. It never changed colors. Maybe if I had a charger cord it would be worth it, but right now it’s useless!!

Fun for Fido but flimsy

My 15 yearold mini Schnauzer, Sam, played with this for less than 1 hour and tore the rubber sleeve off it. I will say the toy itself is a genius idea. Sam was absolutely ensconced. I wish it were made sturdier.
