General notes about this release (please note: our version may differ a little. see the comments above):
Recorded at the Van Gelder Studio, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey on December 27, 1962. This is the first edition of the planned 1963 version of Here To Stay, including its original Reid Miles cover design. While Blue Note had scheduled the album for release as BST 84135, it was never issued. In 1976, the tracks were packaged with the contents of 1961's [r=3395220 and issued as a double album (BN-LA496-H2). Master discs cut by direct metal mastering (DMM) process from digitally remastered source. Catalog number 84135 appears on front cover only, BN 84135 on back cover & center labels.
