Deze hanglamp is de perfecte decoratie voor tijdens de kerst, in uw woonkamer of tuin. De hanglamp zorgt voor een vuurwerk effect dankzij de kleine LEDs. De hanglamp is daarnaast eenvoudig te bedienen met de meegeleverde afstandsbediening. De afstandsbediening beschikt over 8 verschillende verlichtingsmogelijkheden: constant, slow fade, oplichten, wave, flash, sequence, combination en nog een flitsoptie. Bovendien is de afstandsbediening ook voorzien van een handige timer knop. Wanneer u de timer aanzet, brandt de lamp 8 uur achter elkaar en gaat daarna uit voor 16 uur. Dankzij het IP44-keurmerk kunt u de lamp ook in de tuin hangen, bijvoorbeeld onder de overkapping of de parasol. De lamp werkt daarnaast op 4 AA batterijen , zodat u geen last heeft van gedoe met verlengsnoeren of het vinden van een stopcontact.

This book completely blew my mind as it broadened my horizons on the opportunities to be found in real estate investing from the other side of the transaction...as the lender rather than the borrower. I'd always had some ill-defined goals around real estate investing that I never seemed to get around to. I finally decided to push past my malaise and start educating myself in earnest. I am an expat living abroad and want to be able to run my real estate business from anywhere in the world without having to deal with tenants, toilets, or termites. Feeling fully inspired and mission-aligned with the idea of private money lending, I delved into the nitty gritty. The book provides just the right amount of detail and actionable information without being overwhelming. I'll stop writing so you can go order the book and start reading IT instead of this review. You won't be disappointed...even if you pursue some other aspect of real estate investing you will understand both sides of the lending transaction more holistically and walk away a better investor.
