De I Travel Well-liquid, met als belangrijkste ingrediënt Ashwagandha, helpt met het op peil houden van je immuunsysteem, het behoud van je circadiane ritmes, en met onderbroken slaap- en eetritmes.

Reizen staat in de Ayurveda bekend als enorm Vata-verhogend. Het is fijn als je onderweg al iets kunt doen om je Vata te balanceren. Naast het nemen van de I Travel Well-liquid, is het bijvoorbeeld verstandig om onderweg geen rauwe voeding te eten. Bekijk mijn blog Vermoeidheid voor een aantal tips.

Ik neem de I Travel Well-liquid altijd mee tijdens een lange autorit of vliegreis. Normaal ben ik na een vliegreis altijd een aantal dagen best een beetje van de kaart, chaotisch en ongegrond. De I Travel Well-liquid maakt daarin echt een groot verschil. Zorg dus gewoon dat hij in je tas zit! Je zult zien dat de druppels je helpen veel beter gegrond te blijven.

30 druppels in water, of een aantal druppels onder je tong.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Kurkuma/Geelwortel (Curcuma longa), Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Gemberwortel (Zingiber officinale), Brahmi/Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica), Venkelzaad (Foeniculum vulgare), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis).
