Dit is dé must-have basis voor alle soorten vlees, groenten en zeevruchten. Een blend met extra veel knoflook, heerlijke hartige tonen en een superzachte, volle roombotersmaak. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos: gebruik ‘m als basislaag onder andere rubs of puur op steaks, pasta’s en meer.

Verpakt in een royaal, stapelbaar 750 g ‘buttery tan’ strooibus – even stijlvol als stevig. Perfect om je buitenkeuken, foodtruck of rub-rek mee te vullen, en genoeg voor talloze BBQ-sessies.

De smaak

Een onvervalste knoflookbom dankzij verse knoflook, knoflookpoeder én extract. De hartigheid van venkel, dragon en oregano vormt de perfecte kruidige basis, terwijl plantaardige vetten en melk-aroma voor die romige botertoon zorgen. Licht zoet, mooi gebalanceerd en zonder pittigheid – geschikt voor iedere BBQ-crew.

  • Kip, pulled pork, karbonades

  • Zalm, gamba’s, coquilles

  • Maïskolven, geroosterde groenten, loaded potatoes

Ingrediënten

Suiker, knoflook, knoflookpoeder, zout, zwarte peper, witte peper, komijn, maltodextrine, smaakversterker (E621), dragon, oregano, venkel, gistextract, inactieve gist, knoflookextract, antiklontermiddel (E551), plantaardige vetten/olie, natuurlijk aroma (bevat melk).

BBQ-tip

Wrijf je vlees, vis of groenten royaal in met de rub en laat het minstens 30 minuten trekken, zodat de knoflook- en botertonen goed intrekken. Grill vervolgens boven indirecte hitte totdat er een zachte, goudbruine korst ontstaat. Voor extra aroma kun je een plankje citroen of wat rookhout toevoegen.

Closing it when you have a ring.

Its a nice box but the problem i have with it is the middle piece. It does not give enough room if you have a ring that sits high like a cocktail ring.
