Toques et Clochers laat zien hoe het klimaat de smaak van  witte wijn. beïnvloedt. In Limoux is er een microklimaat met vier verschillende klimaten: Marin, Autan, Océanique en Haute Vallée. 

Alle wijnen zijn op dezelfde manier gemaakt: dezelfde druif, dezelfde houtbereiding, en dezelfde liefde, maar ze smaken toch heel verschillend.

De druiven in de Haute Vallée groeien hoog aan de voeten van de Pyreneeën. Dit specifieke klimaat en de unieke bodem geven deze wijn zijn complexiteit. Het resultaat is een wijn die mineraal en fris is, maar ook vol en rokerig. Het is geen wonder dat dit de favoriet is van grote chefs in Frankrijk en van Thérèse van de Librije! De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is ongelooflijk; er zijn maar weinig Chardonnay's die zo'n smaakervaring bieden voor deze prijs.

No more painful cracked heels! These really do work!

These really do work well. This is one of the first winters that I have not experienced painful, cracked heels. They are long lasting, and definitely make my heels smoother and softer after wearing them. For the first few times wearing them I simply went with the moisturizer embedded in them. After a few uses I then covered my heels with Aquaphor Advanced Therapy Healing Ointment. This worked even better, and I would recommend it. I am very glad I bought these. Of note, I have really big feet that are quite wide and the XL are a little snug but not uncomfortably so. I use them overnight, but also have worn them under socks and they work fine.
