In de mond heeft het een zachte smaak en een goede structuur. Het is een volle wijn met een frisse zuurgraad, rijp fruit en bescheiden tannines. Na selectie van de Amarone-druiven - waarvoor jaarlijks de beschermingsinstanties de hoeveelheid vaststellen die het droogproces kan ondergaan - wordt de rest van de druiven geoogst. Uit de vinificatie van deze verse druiven haalt Brigaldara Valpolicella. Na ongeveer een jaar rijping in 25 hL Slavonische eiken vaten, krijgt de Valpolicella-wijn van de Case Vecie-wijngaard de benaming Superiore, vanwege het iets hogere alcoholgehalte, een lagere zuurgraad en een meer fluweelzachte en harmonieuze smaak.
Valpolicella Superiore 'Case Vecie' is gemaakt van verse druiven, voornamelijk corvina en corvinone. Het ontleent zijn naam aan de gelijknamige wijngaard van 10 ha in Grezzana - Valpantena. Het is een unieke wijngaard, met een perfecte zuidoostelijke ligging. Hier worden de druiven blootgesteld aan belangrijke temperatuurverschillen tussen dag en nacht, waardoor de wijn een bijzondere kruidigheid krijgt. Ondanks dat Valpolicella Superiore probeert verankerd te blijven in de oorsprong van drinkbare wijn, combineert het feitelijk complexiteit en structuur door langzame rijping.

Cute under armor socks

Well made and perform well, a little constricting

These socks definitely keep most of the moisture away from my feet, even in wet conditions, which is why I bought them. I am diabetic, though, and the recommendation is to wear socks that don't constrict at any point. These have a tight band around the opening that while it is not uncomfortable on, leaves a mark when I take them off. So far it's been ok, but if you have any kind of swelling in your feet or ankles these would probably not be the best. My foot measures size 8 and I wear size 9 Brooks running shoes. The socks fit me just right but based on the size of the opening and the overall length, I wouldn't think they would fit anyone more than a size larger. Overall well made and perform well as you would expect from this brand.
