Stratanium: de anti-aanbaklaag die gewoon niet geeft

Niet elke anti-aanbaklaag is gelijk - en de Stratanium coating van SCANPAN bewijst dat keer op keer. Waar veel anti-aanbaklagen na verloop van tijd beschadigen door metalen spatels of krachtig roeren, blijft Stratanium ijzersterk. Je hoeft geen plastic keukengerei te gebruiken als je niet wil. Gebruik gewoon je favoriete spatel - ook als die van metaal is.

Maar het gaat verder dan alleen slijtvastheid. De coating heeft een indrukwekkend glad oppervlak dat zorgt voor een perfecte bruining zonder dat je een scheut extra olie of boter nodig hebt. Een knapperig gebakken kipfilet, goudgele aardappelblokjes of een omelet die soepel uit de pan glijdt - Stratanium levert het resultaat zonder gedoe. En daarna? Gewoon even afspoelen, en je pan is klaar voor de volgende ronde.

Gegoten aluminium: warmte die voor jou werkt

De behuizing van de Classic Induction Hapjespan is met de hand gegoten van gerecycled aluminium - een materiaal dat zijn waarde in de keuken al lang bewezen heeft. Aluminium verdeelt warmte snel en gelijkmatig over de hele bodems en zijkanten van de pan, waardoor je geen hotspots krijgt en elk stukje voedsel gelijk gaart. Geen verbrande randjes terwijl het midden nog rauw is - gewoon consistent, voorspelbaar en heerlijk resultaat.

De pan weegt 2500 gram: zwaar genoeg om stabiel te staan en professioneel aan te voelen, maar licht genoeg om hem gemakkelijk te hanteren en te zwenken als dat nodig is. Het gepatenteerde handvatvergrendelingssysteem zit stevig vast - dat is fijn als je de pan vol met een rijke stoofschotel hebt en je hem naar de oven wil verplaatsen.

Van fornuis naar oven - en terug

Een van de grote voordelen van de Classic Induction serie is de naadloze overgang van kookplaat naar oven. Dichtschroei je vlees snel op hoog vuur, zet het deksel erop, en schuif de hele pan de oven in voor een langzame, gelijkmatige garing tot maximaal 250 graden C. Dat geeft je niet alleen meer vrijheid in je kooktechniek, maar ook diepere smaken en malser vlees. Braised short ribs, gebakken paprika's, gestoofd kippendij - de mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos.

Met een diameter van 28 cm en een inhoud van 3 liter is dit de ideale maat voor een gezin of een gezellig etentje voor vrienden. Groot genoeg voor een volledige maaltijd, handzaam genoeg om ook voor een snelle doordeweekse pasta te pakken.

This is the easiest install I've ever had in my life, took about 5 minutes. These panels come pre-assembled, minus the wheels, which screw into the base pieces in pairs. The material is a very pleasant "corporate grey" - I only worry about its color fastness over time. I needed a practical solution for my garage, which has glass garage doors that let in a ton of sun/heat and even with privacy film still parade around my tools and belongings visibly to anyone walking by. These partitions are functional for both of my needs, and if I have a visitor needing to park in my second spot it takes 5 seconds to wheel these out of the way.

The height and width are generous for desktop setups, meetings, or study areas, and because it’s modular you can arrange it in L-shapes, straight lines, or even semi-circles. The mobility makes it flexible for dynamic spaces — roll it out for working hours, tuck it away after. * Sound insulation: It's heavy, which is better for sound isolation. Decent dividers

I think you will love these under the right circumstances. Number one the sound absorption is hard to describe because since the panels don't go to the roof sound can easily travel to the other so you and without being hindering but they do absorb sound to a certain extent. They also provide pretty good coverage for privacy in an office or dorm situation with ease. I wouldn't say it's easy to store but it does fold up pretty well and overall for the price it's an effective means of letting those around you know you need some peace. For the price it's a pretty good divider. It requires very little assembly and is relatively sturdy so all in all not a bad option. Until We Meet Again -Off The Grid Ken

Very functional, well made, and looks great!

My wife and I both work from home but for different companies. We have separate office spaces but they are without a door between them. There are times when we both are on either voice or video calls when we can hear each other on the calls. Other times, I have to walk past her office space and behind her desk to get to other areas of the house. We really needed something to help block some of the ambient sound and to obscure me from her video calls when I'm going past to let the dogs out. These foldable partitions are a great solution for us. The wheels make them easy to move into place when needed, and to store away when they are not. The wheels also lock, making them stable where we set them. The assembly was easy and quick, with only the simplest of instructions needed. Assembly tools were even included. These are large and a bit heavy for one person to move before assembly, so get the wheels on them for easier movement. I've researched how much these can cost new from the commercial office suppliers, and these are a good value.
