Kidul's speelse ontwerp van kruislings gevlochten zongebleekte en blauwgeverfde rotanvezels is geïnspireerd op de patronen van Borneo-vakmanschap. Het kan over de schouder of met uw handen gedragen worden.

Onze producten zijn kunstig vormgegeven individuele stukken. Ze kunnen verdwijnen in grootte, kleur en vorm als gevolg van de handmatige productie en natuurlijke variaties in materialen.

Hoofdmateriaal: rotan

Onze tassen zijn gemaakt van plantaardige vezels. Ze ruiken en voelen daarom heerlijk naar de natuur.

Rotanpalmen groeien meestal in grote hoeveelheden in dichte bossen, waar ze worden beschouwd als invasieve planten, ruimte innemen van andere planten en veel volledige uit de bodem halen. De stengels, die zonder chemische toevoegingen snel teruggroeien, moeten regelmatig worden afgesneden en kunnen na het droogproces worden gebruikt als materiaal voor meubels en manden. Dit maakt rotan tot een uiterst duurzaam en ruimschoots verkrijgbaar materiaal.

Bij de selectie van onze lokale producenten bevestigd wij waarde aan een eerlijke loon en goede arbeidsomstandigheden. It’s better if you fix your tire when it’s off of your car.
