Een wijn met een verhaal, verpakt in een unieke keramieken fles die verwijst naar het Romeinse erfgoed van de regio. Gérard Bertrand Art de Vivre Rouge is meer dan een wijn: het is een expressie van de Zuid-Franse levensstijl, waarbij biodiversiteit, ambacht en historie samenkomen. Gemaakt volgens de principes van biodynamische wijnbouw, met respect voor mens en natuur.

Wijngaarden en regio – terroir tussen heuvels en Middellandse Zee

De druiven groeien in hooggelegen wijngaarden in de Languedoc, waar het warme mediterrane klimaat wordt getemperd door koele winden vanaf de bergen. De bodems bestaan uit klei en kalksteen, wat zorgt voor een krachtige structuur en diepe aromaontwikkeling. De ligging van de wijngaarden draagt bij aan een mooie frisheid in deze rode blend.

Vinificatie en rijping – zachte extractie en subtiele houtinvloed

De druiven worden afzonderlijk gevinifieerd in roestvrijstaal. Na de fermentatie volgt een zorgvuldige maceratie voor het extraheren van kleur, smaak en structuur. Een deel van de wijn rijpt daarna op eikenhouten vaten, wat complexiteit en een verfijnde kruidigheid toevoegt zonder het fruit te overheersen.

Druivensamenstelling

Syrah, Grenache en Mourvèdre vormen samen deze klassieke Zuid-Franse blend. Syrah zorgt voor kruidigheid en concentratie, Grenache voor elegantie en Mourvèdre voegt structuur en diepte toe.

Proefnotities

De geur opent met zwarte kersen, bramen en een vleugje laurier. De smaak is krachtig maar verfijnd, met ronde tannines, een fruitige kern en een minerale, licht kruidige finale.

Serveersuggesties

Combineer met gegrild vlees, Provençaalse gerechten of harde kazen. Serveer op 16 tot 18 graden voor een optimale balans tussen kracht en finesse.

Beautifully Branded and Roomy Tote Bag
This bag arrived well packaged. It was enclosed in a plastic sleeve that had a cardboard insert covering 2 sides of the bag. The bag was also inside a cloth type bag that is usually reserved for expensive purses/bags. There was also protective material covering the bag’s handle and clasp. The packaging protected the bag and there were no damage when received. When I removed the bag from its packaging, the “NK” excited and confused me. At first glance, I thought that I had mistakenly received THE designer bag with similar logo branding. There are decorative zippers on the front of the bag which uniquely camouflage 2 roomy front pockets. This was a great idea since it enables me to store items there (keys, coin purse, mints) without having to enter the bag’s main compartment to retrieve them. The closing clasps operate without incident and compliment the look of the bag. The handle allows you to throw it over the shoulder or just carry in your hands. The inside is very roomy, is nicely lined and has a pocket where you can slip items in so they don’t get lost inside the bag. The roominess of the bag reminds me more of a tote bag than a purse. Overall, this is a really nice bag that I am proud to own.

Trendy And Well Made Purse!
This is a take on a very popular style, and fairly well done. As you can see photographed here, this is a reasonably large-sized purse which you could use to and from the office, or almost as a day bag. The clasping mechanism on the top is cute, it ensures everything is contained and naturally folds the top over to give you a little bit more room under the arm. The metal accents and zippers are well done. The material feels nice although it does have a slight off gassing initially so you might want to air it out the first day. Otherwise reasonable construction and quality give this an easy five stars.
