Constructie en materiaal
De kast bestaat uit aluminium profielen, kunststof hoekstukken en PVC/XPS sandwichpanelen. Deze panelen zijn ontworpen voor optimale lichtreflectie, warmte- en geluidsisolatie. De schuifdeuren zorgen voor ruime toegang tot de planten zonder extra ruimteverlies, en de kast is voorzien van sloten voor maximale veiligheid en discretie.

De Hortione 420’s zijn krachtige en efficiënte LED’s die zich uitstekend lenen voor kleinere kweekruimtes, met nauwkeurige lichtafstemming door de dimfunctie.

Ventilatie en filter

  • Ventilator: G-tools 125mm 2-standen fan (230/360 m³/uur)
  • Filter: Prima Klima K2601 koolstoffilter (360 m³/uur)
  • Geluiddemper inbegrepen – geluidsniveau: ±45 dB (bij gesloten deuren, op 1 meter afstand)

Het ventilatiesysteem voert warmte effectief af en verwijdert ongewenste geuren, terwijl het geluidsniveau minimaal blijft. Bij continu gebruik gaat het koolstoffilter ongeveer een jaar mee.

G-tools luchtinlaten
De kast creëert onderdruk waardoor er geen ongefilterde lucht ontsnapt. Verse, CO₂-rijke lucht wordt continu aangevoerd via zes G-tools luchtinlaten. Deze zijn zodanig ontworpen dat lucht naar binnen kan, maar licht niet naar buiten treedt. De lucht stroomt diagonaal door de kast langs de planten voor optimale ventilatie.

Wifi Smartbox
De kast wordt geleverd met een Wifi Smartbox met vier stopcontacten:

  • Twee vaste aansluitingen (waarvan één voor de afzuiger)
  • Twee programmeerbaar via een app (voor verlichting en irrigatie)

Met de app stel je eenvoudig schema’s in en beheer je de kast op afstand. Bij afwezigheid van WiFi kunnen de aansluitingen handmatig worden ingeschakeld of via een tijdklok worden gebruikt.
