Paglierino elegante alla vista. Il bouquet olfattivo, dopo un’iniziale impostazione agrumata, è caratterizzato da sentori che richiamano la crosta di pane e il lievito fresco. Il palato è corposo e succoso, fresco e coerente con il naso, di ottima persistenza.Con il termine "Sui lieviti" sono identificati i vini spumanti ottenuti con rifermentazione naturale in bottiglia: un metodo tradizionale noto anche come sur lie. Si tratta della forma più antica di spumantizzazione praticata sulle colline di Valdobbiadene, ben prima della diffusione del metodo Charmat. Durante la rifermentazione, i lieviti si depositano naturalmente sul fondo della bottiglia, contribuendo a sviluppare gusti e profumi complessi. È con questo procedimento produttivo che è ottenuto il Valdobbiadene Prosecco Brut Nature Sui Lieviti DOCG della cantina Bortolotti. È un Valdobbiadene dallo stile autentico e territoriale, capace di raccontare la tradizione contadina da cui ha origine.
Da scegliere con le preparazioni della cucina di terra, è ottimo per accompagnare il risotto alle ortiche.

These are totlally not what I was expecting. They are like a tuff dried Beef Jerky. To me - it was not ediele at all.

The best canned oysters I've had yet! Theses oysters taste very fresh and clean, no crunchy bits like the cheaper ones. They're perfectly soft and melt in your mouth. I like eating them straight out the can but I also like mixing them with mayo, some of the olive oil from the can, some crushed pepper and eating them on baguette slices. These are so good my brother has started stealing them from me. I'm gonna have to start hiding them.
