Le vigne sono lavorate secondi i principi d’agricoltura biologica e biodinamica, con il massimo rispetto dell’ambiente e della biodiversità. La fermentazione in acciaio è svolta grazie ai lieviti indigeni ed è seguita da un affinamento in cemento a contatto con le fecce nobili. Il vino viene imbottigliato senza filtrazioni e chiarifiche, così da trasportare nel calice il carattere delle uve.
Bianco ideale accanto alle ricette della cucina di mare, particolarmente indicato per il fritto misto di paranza.
