Ingredienten
Valeriaan-extract L-tryptofaan hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegacaps) L-theanine vitamines rijstmeel antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitaat) melatonine

Gebruik
1 x daags 2 vegacaps een half uur voor het slapen innemen tenzij anders geadviseerd. 
Gebruik van Slaapnorm in combinatie met mono-amine-oxidase-remmers (MAO-remmers) wordt afgeraden. 

Dit voedingssupplement is niet geschikt voor kinderen tot en met 17 jaar.

Love Simone, but a bit disappointed about this book. I thought it was gonna be about strong women overcoming bad relationships, but it is actually just a portrait of those bad relationships and the despair of women living it.
