● Rijke, omhullende aroma’s van rijpe bessen en amarena, aangevuld met complexe kruidige nuances.
● Vol, gestructureerd en krachtig van smaak, met een verfijnde minerale afdronk.
● Uitstekende bewaarpotentie; deze wijn ontwikkelt zich prachtig en verfijnt jarenlang in de fles.
Druiven
● 100% Barbera, afkomstig van de Nizza DOCG regio.
Vinificatie / Rijping
● Handmatige oogst vindt plaats van de tweede helft van september tot oktober.
● Geïntegreerde gewasbescherming (IPM) wordt toegepast voor optimale kwaliteit en milieuvriendelijkheid.
● Alcoholische fermentatie gebeurt in roestvrijstalen tanks bij gecontroleerde temperatuur, met minimaal twee weken schilcontact.
● Vanaf het begin van het volgende jaar rijpt de wijn minstens 12 maanden in kleine eiken vaten.
● Na botteling ondergaat de wijn een flesrijping van minimaal 1 jaar voor optimale ontwikkeling.
● Geclassificeerd als Nizza DOCG.
