Een beetje sluwheid, een beetje focus, een beetje geheugen en je bent helemaal klaar! Time’s Up! wordt in teams gespeeld over 3 rondes. Tijdens iedere ronde raad je zoveel mogelijk kaartjes. Anders dan andere trivia spellen is dat je geen encyclopedie uit je hoofd hoeft te kennen om plezier te maken.

Verdeel 40 kaarten onder de spelers. Iedere speler kijkt in het geheim naar zijn / haar kaart. Wanneer een speler een kaart niet wil (te moeilijk of complex), dan mag deze vervangen worden door een nieuwe kaart. Wanneer iedereen zijn/haar kaarten gezien heeft maak je een stapel van alle kaarten. Schudden. En kies welk team mag beginnen.

 

Ronde 1: OMSCHRIJVEN!

Je hebt 30 seconden de tijd om alles te roepen om te zorgen dat je team het kaartje raadt. Zodra de kaart goed geraden is leg je de kaart op tafel en begin je met het omschrijven van de volgende.

Ronde 2: ÉÉN WOORD!

Neem de 40 kaarten uit de laatste ronde. Deze keer mag je slechts één woord noemen. Je teamgenoten mogen ook maar één keer raden!

Ronde 3: GEBAREN!

Neem opnieuw de 40 kaarten uit de laatste ronde en schud deze! Vanaf nu mag je enkel hints geven door middel van gebaren!

Het team dat de meeste kaarten heeft geraden gedurende de 3 rondes wint het spel.
