Hierdoor bevat dit supplement maar liefst 72 verschillende sporenelementen die goed opgenomen kunnen worden door het lichaam. De plantaardige vitamine D3 wordt geproduceerd uit korstmos. Het korstmos komt uit Noord-Amerika en gedijt goed in afgelegen, koele, bergachtige klimaten waar de lucht schoon en zuiver is. I’ve been taking these NOW Psyllium Husk Capsules for a few weeks now, and they’ve been a reliable and gentle way to boost daily fiber intake. Each capsule is easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetable-based, non-GMO, and free of unnecessary additives. This is magic on earth.

These pills are actual magic. It’s not a placebo. I genuinely feel so much more calm and relaxed when I take one of these. It takes about 30 minutes to kick in, and I immediately feel my anxiety ease away. I usually take them on a stressful day or when I feel uneasy.
