Furmint 2022 - Kolónia 52Furmint is uitermate geschikt voor het klimaat rondom het Balaton meer. Ze kan de hitte aan, zonder haar frisheid te verliezen en creert daarom prachtige terroir wijnen. Annamria en Attila hebben hier nog druiven gekocht van een lokale druiventeler maar het is dan ook echt een toekomstdoel om de druiven van eigen gaard te kunnen oogsten. Dit jaar waren de stokken daar helaas nog niet klaar voor maar het komt eraan! Bij de oogst had 5% van de druiven

Dit jaar waren de stokken daar helaas nog niet klaar voor maar het komt eraan!
Bij de oogst had 5% van de druiven botrytis wat een mooie diepte aan de wijn geeft. Perfect gebalanceerd, ontzettend sappig en een afdronk die lang na doet genieten.

Land / Streek: Hongarije / Balaton
Druiven: 100% Furmint
In de wijngaard: Druiven gekocht van een lokale druiven teler rondom Ság-hegy, een andere vulkaan in hetzelfde gebied. Bodem van basalt. 5% van de druiven met botrytis. Oogst met de hand. 
In de wijnkelder: Druiven na de oogst direct geperst. Lange en trage fermentatie op 600L eiken houten vaten. Gebotteld middels zwaartekracht. Geen toevoeging van sulfiet, ongefilterd.
