ABEC 5 standaard: deze pils moet alle testen doorstaan; deze zijn ruis bij hoge snelheid, zeer nauwe toleranties que nauwkeurig betreffende binnen- en buitendiameter, perfecte bolvorm, juistheid van de baan en de afwerking van zowel baan als kogel. Deze lagers zijn behandeld met een hoogwaardig Teflon smeermiddel (Rheolube 374A). LLB: Onze meest populaire afdichting, bestaande uit een rubberen afwerking met een metalen kern. In tegenstelling tot de standaard 2RS, gaan wij een beetje verder door het machinaal plaatsen van een inkt in de binnenste ring, daar waar de afsluiting kan draaien met een prima optimalisatie en een weerstand tov een mindere lager. Eerder dan een paar «lip» van een dikke afdichting die schuurt tegen een oneffen oppervlak maakt, het type LLB gebruikt 2 lippen van afdichtingen, fijn zoals een scheermesje dat glijdt in een inkt met een licht contact. Save some money by doing your own cabin filter change! (You won't notice a difference).
So, one day I was getting an oil change at the dealership, and the associate told me that cabin filter was pretty dirty, which I believed because of the places I take the car, and she said that they could change it while they were finishing up the rest of their inspection, since they already had it apart. I asked her "How much?", and then we both had a laugh when she said "$90." I told her I'd take care of it.
It took two days for Amazon to get a replacement filter to me, twenty minutes to watch a You Tube video showing how to replace the cabin filter on my car (I watched it twice), and then about twenty-five minutes to replace the filter itself--I keep a messy glove compartment, so a good portion of the time was loading and unloading that nightmare.
In the end, under $15 for the filter, maybe 45 minutes to watch and replace, and the cabin filter hasn't been this good since I first bought the car.
This replacement version was as good as the OE filter, fit exactly the same, there's no difference in airflow that I can tell, and so far (6 months later), it seems to be holding up pretty well. We'll see what it is like after a year. I did get the oil changed about a week ago, and the technician didn't raise any alarms about the filter, so everything seems to be working.
$90 for a new filter? You can do it yourself cheaper.

Fresh Air Upgrade for My 2024 Impreza
Installed this in my 2024 Subaru Impreza, and it fit perfectly—no issues. The air smells noticeably cleaner now, and it took less than 10 minutes to swap out. The carbon and HEPA filtration does a great job clearing out odors, dust, and pollen—definitely an upgrade over the factory filter.
The build feels sturdier than the OEM version, though it does have slightly fewer pleats. Might mean it needs replacing a bit sooner, but for the price and performance, I’m fine with that tradeoff.
If you’re looking for a quick, affordable way to improve your cabin air, this one’s a solid pick.

Well built, good fit.

Good fit, good value

Purchased this filter for my 2023 Outback. First off changing the cabin filter on this model Subaru is amazingly easy and can be done with no tools and no more then 5 minutes. Pictures posted show packaging, the paper "Blue" filter side, the "Black" charcoal side and the foam outer edge. The filter is well made and is very sturdy as the outer shell is plastic vs. other paper filters that are more flexible. Holding the filter in your hand and giving it a slite shake you can hear the activated charcoal within it. After installing the filter I had a few trips in the car, did I notice any difference in the air quality coming into the cabin....... no. But does this mean its not working? also no. What I can say is the filter fit snug and left no gaps, and with the plastic surroundings and foam in sure the filter will not be letting anything get by as it passes through the system. All and all this filter is well made and sturdy, and seems to be a good value with other paper only filters being about the same price.
