Beni di Batasiolo is de grootste familiebedrijf van wijnproducenten in de Italiaanse regio Piëmonte. Sinds 1978 is het wijnhuis uitgegroeid tot meer dan 320 hectare wijngaarden. De familie Dogliani werkt met het land en staat de natuur toe om ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit van hun wijnen voorop staat. De wijnstokken van Batasiolo floreren op verschillende wijngaarden in Piëmonte. De grond, het klimaat en de ligging van de landgoederen tussen de heuvels zorgen voor een scala aan nobele, elegante wijnen. De nadruk wordt gelegd op het bereiken van een karakteristiek kenmerk van de variëteit. Het gehele assortiment kenmerkt zich daarom door een hoog kwaliteitsniveau. Naast de klassiekers Barolo en Barbaresco van de Nebbiolo-druivensoort, produceert Batasiolo ook Dolcetto, Barbera, Chardonnay, Spumanti en de Gavi de Gavi. Er zijn ook enkele grappa's van verschillende druivensoorten in het portfolio van de wijnmakerij. De wijngaard "Bricco di Vergne" ligt op een gemiddelde hoogte van 480 meter boven zeeniveau. Tussen de gemeenten La Morra en Barolo met een prachtig uitzicht op de Barolo-wijngaarden en de Piemontese Alpen. De oogst vindt eind september plaats. De fermentatie vindt plaats bij gecontroleerde temperaturen van 22-26 graden gedurende 7-10 dagen in roestvrijstalen tanks. De wijn verfijnt vervolgens een tijdje in de tanks voordat hij wordt gebotteld en nog een paar maanden op de fles rijpt voordat hij wordt vrijgegeven voor verkoop.Hoe smaakt de Batasiolo Dolcetto D'Alba Doc?
Batasiolo Dolcetta d'Alba is een aangename rode wijn. De kleur is robijnrood. In de geur uitnodigend met frisse fruittonen van jong rood fruit en licht bloemig. In de smaak Is deze rode wijn heerlijk zwoel en zacht. Fijne nuances van rood fruit, een klein pepertje en vanille. De afdronk is heerlijk zacht die wat ons betreft eindeloos mag duren!Shipping Notes

Best heat shrink tubing on the market
Stop buying the kits with multi sized heat shrink tubes. Don’t buy the 5’-10’ pieces that arrive folded up and as thin as scotch tape. This stuff is nice and thick, it shrinks evenly, and my favorite, it is lined with glue on the interior. This is a 65 foot roll of 3:1, high quality heat shrink tubing. I will never go back to the kits that say 400 pieces and 300 of those pieces are only big enough to heat shrink some thread or a strand of hair. I have purchased 2 sizes and I use it 3-4 times per week and I don’t think I’ll ever run out. This is one of my favorite discoveries of 2023. Before buying a kit, think about how many sizes you really need. I can do all of my AC 120v and DC 12v wiring, which consists of 4-5 sizes of wire, and I only need 2 sizes of heat shrink tube for all of it. It’s oddly satisfying to watch this stuff shrink and see the glue squeeze out of the ends. Definitely ASMR.
