Rosso rubino con riflessi granata. All’olfattiva risulta etereo e connotato da sentori di frutta a bacca nera e da sfumature speziate. In degustazione risulta avere un sapore asciutto e intenso. Ha un buon corpo e un’ottima persistenza.Dopo una vinificazione tradizionale, che avviene con macerazione sulle bucce per circa 20-30 giorni, il Barbaresco DOCG 2013 - Francesco Rinaldi & Figli riposa in botti di rovere di Slavonia per almeno due anni. È equilibrato e piacevole, e riesce a combinare perfettamente i sentori primari e secondari con i profumi terziari dati dal legno.
È perfetto per accompagnare preparazioni a base di carne, cacciagione o selvaggina. Ottimo con il cinghiale alle olive.
