Fassbind Poire Barrique is een verfijnde Zwitserse eau-de-vie op basis van zorgvuldig geselecteerde peren. Deze premium fruitbrandewijn wordt geproduceerd door de traditionele distilleerderij Distillerie Fassbind in Oberarth, gelegen in het hart van Switzerland.

Na een zorgvuldige distillatie rijpt deze perenbrandewijn gedurende meerdere maanden in eikenhouten barriques. Dankzij deze vatrijping ontwikkelt de drank een uitzonderlijke complexiteit en zachtheid, waarbij de frisse fruitigheid van peer harmonieus samengaat met subtiele hout- en vanilletonen.
