Koffiedik: donkerbruine drab, weg ermee? Nee, niet doen! Koffiedik is namelijk de perfecte grondstof voor het kweken van heerlijke oesterzwammen. Dit komt door de universele en voedingsrijke schimmelbodem. Met de Fungi Factory Growkit kan je eenvoudig en snel aan de slag, ook als je weinig koffie drinkt. Je werkt met kleine hoeveelheden per keer en ontvangt in ruil daarvoor mooie, lekkere paddenstoelen.

De Fungi Factory Growkit bestaat uit een emmer met oesterzwammenbroed. Het enige dat je nog toe hoeft te voegen is het restant van je bakkie koffie. Je hebt maar kleine hoeveelheden koffiedik nodig, dus je hoeft niet de grootste koffiefanaat te zijn om oesterzwammen te kweken. Het enige dat je nog nodig hebt is een portie geduld! De oesterzwammen groeien na het oogsten weer gewoon terug, dus er is geen nieuw oesterzwammenbroed meer nodig. Dit is dus geen eenmalig gebruik/wegwerpproduct, maar een blijvende manier om je koffieprut om te zetten in oesterzwammen.

Een extra reden om je eigen paddenstoelen te kweken! Oesterzwammen zijn heerlijke paddenstoelen. Ze zijn lekker stevig, bevatten veel plantaardige eiwitten en hebben een mooie volle smaak. Ze passen perfect in pasta en risotto, maar zijn ook heerlijk als basis voor soep of gewoon gebakken met wat olie, peper en zout. Eet smakelijk!
