Colore tipicamente bolgherese, rosso rubino intenso. Il naso si distingue per ampiezza ed intensità con aromi fruttati uniti a delicate note di macchia mediterranea. Buona struttura ed ampiezza in bocca. Aromi fruttati e giusta freschezza. Tannini non invadenti e persistenza molto buona.Da vigne situate in terreno pianeggiante con struttura argillosa e ricca di scheletro che conferisce corpo e struttura ai vini, situate nelle vicinanze di Castagneto Carducci impiantate nel 2000 e di proprietà della famiglia Piccoli Cerbaro. Fermentazione alcolica a temperatura controllata e macerazione di circa 8/10 giorni sulle bucce. Affinamento in legno per alcuni mesi e poi in bottiglia. Un taglio bordolese da uve che crescono bene nel terroir di Bolgheri. Il risultato è vino elegante e profondo che non rinuncia alla precipua qualità di farsi bere facilmente, quasi troppo.
Un campione negli abbinamenti, che accompagna a tutto pasto fin dagli antipasti per poi esaltarsi con la carne. Un classico filetto al pepe verde ne è ottimo compagno.

I particularly love the sub-lingual
I've been using melatoning for yeeeears. I particularly love the sub-lingual. I use the 5 mgs and take two every night just as I go to bed and within minutes I'm asleep. I wake up rested and refreshed.
Note: You have to be very patient with the dosage. Start with one..then add 1/2 a pill or another one. It works! The key is getting the exact dosage for you because we are not all the same. For example: I always take two. Very rarely I need one more, how do I know? Well, if I can't get to sleep within a reasonable amount of time I will take a third. Now, if I do this a couple of days in a row I start to wake up a little tired in the morning. Now I know I have too much melatonin in me so I may not take it the following night at all until my own body tells me it needs it.

No after affects
I've been taking Melatonin for about 48 yrs. And has no after affects. I take it as needed. I've taken 1mg to 5mg. depending what kind of a day I've had. The pill is very small. I like the orange and peppermint flavors. The best time to take it is about 45mins. before you would go to bed.
