I Ronchetti is een pure, elegante witte wijn afkomstig uit het kloppende hart van het beroemde Gavi-gebied, bij het dorp Gavi in Piemonte. Gemaakt van 100% Cortese-druiven, geselecteerd en geoogst op het optimale moment van rijpheid, weerspiegelt deze wijn perfect het karakter van de streek.

Herkomst: Gavi (Piemonte), Italië
Druivensoort: 100% Cortese
Vinificatie:
Na de zachte persing van de druiven volgt een temperatuurgecontroleerde fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks. Vervolgens wordt de wijn enkele maanden op de fijne lies gelagerd (“sur lie”), wat zorgt voor extra rondheid en aroma’s.

Proefnotities:

  • Kleur: Strogeel met groene reflecties

  • Neus: Fris, mineraal en aromatisch met tonen van citrus, witte bloemen, groene appel en een hint van amandel

  • Smaak: Droog, levendig, elegant en verkwikkend met een lichte mineraliteit en een sappige afdronk

Finally a Toy My Pitbull Hasn’t Destroyed in 5 Minutes
