Giallo paglierino leggermente velato, non limpido. Il naso si muove su sentori di fiori di campo, mela, pera matura, agrumi gialli e tocchi di lieviti. Entra in bocca con un gusto deciso ed armonico, che rivela note minerali e sapide.Il Brut Nature DOCG “Cajvo” è un Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene particolare, con “il fondo”, in cui la presa di spuma avviene cioè direttamente in bottiglia, senza alcuna sboccatura del prodotto. Tale particolare processo di lavorazione, dona al ventaglio olfattivo una complessità interessante, che si “porta dentro” questa presenza di lieviti presenti in bottiglia, regalando profumi di brioche e piccola pasticceria al naso. Si prosegue con un sorso di personalità, sapido, capace di accompagnare senza problemi tutto il pasto. Una bollicina che rappresenta un interessante variazione sul tema rispetto ai Prosecchi più tradizionali.
Da provare con la pizza, è ottimo anche con i formaggi freschi.

Almost indestructible

Harder and heavier than a dog toy should be, but it is sturdy.

The outer rim is a very hard plastic, hard enough to dent and ding furniture. Too hard to throw in the house. Dog likes it but has difficulty getting his mouth around the sides as the item is very heavy for its size. Squeaker in the middle was a a nice surprise.
Would not buy again.
