De Buyer Carbone Plus grillpan is van plaatstaal wat zorgt voor een optimale warmteverdeling. Dit materiaal warmt snel op. De De Buyer Carbone grillpan is ideaal voor het aanbraden en grillen van vlees of vis. De geribbelde bodem dient om voedsel te markeren en het gripoppervlak bij het koken van vlees te verkleinen. De plaatstalen grillpan is PFOA- en PFTE-vrij, recyclebaar en duurzaam. De pannen worden stuk voor stuk vervaardigd in Frankrijk en zijn zeer geliefd in de professionele keuken. De De Buyer grillpan is geschikt voor gebruik op alle warmtebronnen, inclusief inductie. U dient de pan langzaam op te warmen. Vet uw producten voor het bakken in met olie. Niet de grillplaat, hierdoor voorkomt u verbranding van de olie.


  • Voor een goede conditie van de pan brandt u deze voor het eerste gebruik in met plantaardige olie.
  • Houdt de pan ook na gebruik vet, ter voorkoming van roest.
  • Tijdens het gebruik zal de natuurlijk anti-aanbaklaag steeds zwarter worden en beter gaan werken.
  • Reinigen met enkel heet water zonder gebruik van afwasmiddel en droog de pan na reiniging goed af.
  • Indien u toch afwasmiddel gebruikt dient u de pan na het reinigen in te wrijven met een beetje olie.
  • Zijn uw etenswaren aangebakken, strooi dan een hand zout in de plaatstalen pan en zet deze op het vuur. Hierdoor weekt het vuil los en kunt u dit met een doekje eenvoudig verwijderen zonder uw pan te beschadigen.
  • Uitstekende bakeigenschappen en met een natuurlijke anti-aanbakeffect dat ontstaat door gebruik.

A bit sticky but tolerable

I have both Dr. Melaxin peel shots in black and white rice and saw immediate improvement in the removal of tiny blackheads trapped in tight pores on my nose and around my lip line. It might honestly not get in very deep but it at least helped my skin, everyone is different. I thought my face could never be that improved by anything other than squeezing the crap out of my face and still getting nowhere. So I thought I'd try more of the product line. I wash with the Dr. Melaxin Melting Cleaser, the Cactus toner, then the Dr.Melaxin Cemenrete Cyano Pink Spicule Serum and then this product. I'm 57, I don't have acne issues but I do have a few hyperpigmentation spots if like to fade out a bit if possible and just improve the overall cleanliness and look of my skin. Nothing is a miracle but it's been a noticable improvement so far. I give it 4 stars primarily due to it being kind of sticky on me. One drop goes a long way FYI.
