Kipfilet van horecakwaliteit - vers en zonder extra water

Supermarktkipfilet wordt vaak met water opgespoten om het zwaarder te maken. Onze kipfilet niet. Vers, natuurlijk, en met een stevige bite. Dezelfde kwaliteit die chefs dagelijks gebruiken in professionele keukens.

Kipfilet bereiden - meest gemaakte fout vermijden

De grote fout bij kipfilet: te lang bakken waardoor het droog wordt. Bak op middelhoog vuur 3-4 minuten per kant, of tot de kerntemperatuur 75 graden bereikt. Laat daarna afgedekt 5 minuten rusten - dan blijft het sappig. Ook geschikt voor pocheren, stoven of in de oven op 180 graden.

Bewaren

Maximaal 2-3 dagen vers in de koelkast bij 0-4 graden. Invriesbaar tot 6 maanden bij -18 graden.
