Domaine Fabien Duveau is gevestigd in Chacé, in het hart van Saumur-Champigny. Sinds 2008 staat Fabien Duveau aan het hoofd van dit familiedomein, waar hij in lijn met de biodynamische principes (Demeter-gecertificeerd) op zoek gaat naar een eerlijke en precieze expressie van zijn kalkrijke terroirs.

‘Hunaudière’ is een witte Saumur op basis van 100 % chenin, afkomstig van gemiddeld 30 jaar oude stokken aangeplant op verweerd kalkgesteente in St-Cyr-en-Bourg. De wijngaarden worden volledig biologisch en biodynamisch beheerd, met natuurlijke begroeiing en handmatige bodembewerking. De druiven worden met de hand geoogst, zacht geperst en vergist met inheemse gisten, zonder toevoeging van sulfieten. De wijn rijpt gedurende ongeveer zes maanden in betonnen cuves en deels in oudere barriques, in de ondergrondse kelder van het domein.

Het resultaat is een zuivere, precieze wijn met aroma’s van witte vruchten, waaronder frisse peer. De smaak is soepel en evenwichtig, met een levendige frisheid en een subtiele, minerale afdronk. Jaarlijkse productie: ongeveer 10.000 flessen.

Great for Sublimation!
I’m a bit new to sublimation and was worried about having dull colors, but this ink is doing wonders! The quality is great, I can adjust the amount on the printer and get the exact, rich, vibrant colors I want.
