De lichtgewicht palen van het Amstel-betonsysteem zijn door een speciale productiemethode aanzienlijk sterker dan de standaardvariant, terwijl ze toch lichter van gewicht zijn. Dit maakt de palen makkelijker hanteerbaar. Gecoat beton is voorzien van basiscoating. Dit betreft een basiscoating, omdat ervaring leert dat er tijdens het plaatsen beschadigingen kunnen ontstaan, waardoor coating verloren gaat. Advies om na plaatsing nogmaals te behandelen met betoncoating. Dit is dan de eindafwerking en geeft het mooiste resultaat. Voor kalkuitbloei geldt dat dit nooit te voorkomen is omdat het een natuurlijk proces betreft. Gecoat beton wordt speciaal voor u gecoat, deze heeft daarom een langere levertijd. (2-3 weken)
