Rosso granato chiaro, al naso esprime sentori floreali e fruttati tipici del varietale. Complesso e piacevole, in bocca è di buon corpo, delicato nel distendersi e decisamente fresco. Chiude lungo, sul frutto.Veri e propri testimoni delle Langhe, i discendenti di Luigi Einaudi con il passare degli anni hanno acquistato piccoli appezzamenti di terreno anche lontano da Dogliani. Il Nebbiolo proviene infatti da un vigneto piantato nel 2003 nel territorio del Comune di Neive, non lontano da Barbaresco. Da un anno di maturazione in legno deriva il Langhe Nebbiolo DOC dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi, un vino elegante e disteso, ottimo compagno della tavola, destinato ad una nobile evoluzione in bottiglia ma piacevole da bere anche giovane.
A tutto pasto, il Nebbiolo dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi accompagna ottimamente primi piatti a base di carne. Da provare con le tradizionalissime lasagne alla bolognese.

Product was as described and meet my need for a scale measuring 0.1 g

Product was as described. Works well. I use it for measuring the amount of coffee for my drip coffee maker. I have not done any testing with respect to actual accuracy so cannot comment. But it seems close to the other scale that I have that only measures to the nearest gram. Construction seems good. Nice looking unit.

Works as expected, nice size. Makes a big difference when adjusting espresso extraction. I haven't used the timer. One improvement for my use would be to move the power switch from the back to the front, on the side or on the control panel.
