Aster (D) ‘Prof. Anton Kippenberg’ is een sterke en rijkbloeiende herfstaster die zorgt voor kleur en leven in de tuin in de late zomer en herfst. De plant vormt een volle, opgaande groei en bereikt een mooie hoogte die goed opvalt in borders.

Van augustus tot oktober bloeit deze Aster met talrijke paarse bloemen die langdurig aanwezig blijven. De bloei trekt veel vlinders aan en maakt de tuin levendig in een periode waarin veel andere planten al zijn uitgebloeid.

Standplaats en verzorging
Aster ‘Prof. Anton Kippenberg’ groeit het beste in volle zon in goed doorlatende, voedzame grond. De plant is winterhard en onderhoudsarm. In het vroege voorjaar kan hij volledig worden teruggesnoeid tot de grond om een compacte en sterke hergroei te stimuleren.
