In Chakra heeft elke speler een bord waarop de zeven chakra's staan die hij moet vullen met 3 edelstenen die de energiestroom in zijn lichaam vertegenwoordigen. Om punten te scoren moet een speler elk van zijn chakra's op de best mogelijke manier harmoniseren. Daartoe moet hij de edelstenen nemen en er drie van de overeenkomstige kleur in elk van de chakra's plaatsen. Tijdens een beurt kiest elke speler  één van drie acties om edelstenen te bemachtigen of te verplaatsen tussen de chakra-velden. Als een speler erin slaagt om vijf van zijn chakra's met de correcte kleur edelstenen te vullen, eindigt het spel en worden de punten geteld. Ben jij een ware zen-meester?
