Cantine de Falco, Salento

Cantine de Falco wordt gerund door vader Salvatore en zoon Gabriele. Ze zijn gevestigd in de streek Salento in de buurt van Lecce. Zij bezitten verschillende wijngaarden en begeleiden nauwlettend de groei en oogst. Het wijnmaken zit hen in het bloed en hun eindproducten zijn een weergave van de typiciteit van de streek, zoals de Primitivo en Negroamaro Wij selecteerden één van hun wijnen namelijk de Artiglio die is gemaakt van de bijna verdwenen druivensoort Susumaniello.
